I recently got our truly long awaited end of year bonus check from our job! I had been waiting for this since the beginning of the year actually, the reason for this was because last January I had decided that I wanted to get radiant radiant floors into our current home for the upcoming Winter this year… All year there was no way I could afford to get radiant radiant floors because of how fancy they are, however even with the attractive payment plans more than 2 of the local heating plus a/c companies offer on radiant radiant floors, I just could not afford to do it. This was until I got our end of year work bonus check! With this check I can now call the local heating plus a/c supplier plus order our radiant radiant floors! The payment system after the first initial payment is affordable regularly! It is just the first payment that prevented me from doing it last winter, and but now that I can do it, this Winter I will be enjoying radiant radiant floors plus the best in heating in our home! I have all stone flooring throughout, so it will be an simple job for the heating plus a/c specialists to instal the radiant radiant floors, but no extra construction work will be needed at all! This is a enjoyable thing for both myself plus the heating plus a/c workers. It saves me a ton of money plus it gives the certified heating plus a/c workmen a lot less work! It works out for all the people.

I feel like for the past couple months I have not been able to get my head above water when it comes to saving money.

I really want to save as much money as possible, but for some reason it seems like it’s impossible to do these days.

I started a savings account, but I have had less than a hundred dollars in it since the day that I opened the account. I have really tried my best, but I think I am going to have to call my parents and ask them for some help. I thought I was going to be okay and not have to ask them for help, but last week my HVAC unit stopped working and I really don’t have the money to pay an HVAC company to come out to my house and fix my HVAC unit. So, I broke down and called my parents and asked them for the money to have my HVAC unit fixed. I had to really beg them for the money, which is annoying because I know they have more than enough to help me out without having to make me feel bad about it. So I was able to have the HVAC company come out to my house and fix my HVAC unit and I wasn’t going to have put any of my own money towards it. It was such a relief and at the end of the day I am so happy that I asked my parents and they were able to help me out.

Then I said turn on the a/c, in addition to it came on too! Then I wanted to run the real test in addition to see if the temperature setting on the temperature control could be constantly set through this thing, then and I told it to set the temperature control to 69 degrees in addition to to turn on the heating.

I entirely can not stand those portable voice laptops love that Alexa thing that most people seems to have these afternoons. They never understand exactly what you say into it, in addition to it does the exact reverse! I was givin one of these stupid Alexa laptop thingies for Christmas by a friend. I smiled in addition to just took it. I planned to get rid of it in addition to sell it on the internet for cheap, however, I wanted to try to see if I could get it to operate our smart temperature control constantly. I didn’t expect our smart temperature control to constantly work with this, however but much to our surprise when I tried it, the smart temperature control was entirely doing what I told this Alexa thing to do! I told it to turn on the gas furnace, in addition to the heating came on. Then I said turn on the a/c, in addition to it came on too! Then I wanted to run the real test in addition to see if the temperature setting on the temperature control could be constantly set through this thing, then and I told it to set the temperature control to 69 degrees in addition to to turn on the heating. And wow! It entirely did it without me having to yell at the thing a million times! This got me thinking that maybe I will not get rid of this in addition to just use it as a voice control for our smart temperature control! I won’t use it for anything else though. Because with everything else it is the usual headache. I tried it just to see…and yes, that’s exactly how it was. But at least I can use it successfully for our smart temperature control!

Last year while we were in one of the hottest Summer months we have had in a while, me and our wife threw a pool celebration at our house.

It was a pretty superb time all together.

There were lots of people here and we all had a real blast! But the negative was that there was some damage to our central heating and A/C idea as a result of the pool celebration, then you are actually thinking how is that possible? Well, there were some people who were splashing so much water around that it hit our central heating and A/C component in the wrong sites and got inside of it! It entirely made the central heating and A/C idea short out. It wasn’t like when it rains from a awful storm! Rain goes straight down unless you have a hurricane. The water splashing from the pool was getting all inside the central heating and A/C idea unit! Had we known this was going to happen we would have put a tarp or something over the central heating and A/C idea unit. The heating and cooling service bill wasn’t too awful though. But it was something we had to get taken care of instantly! With the heat as awful as it was, having no central air conditioning would have not been a superb thing. All of us did have portable air conditioning units. But those can only do so much to cool your apartment when it is this boiling outside. Needless to say, next Summer when we have our pool celebration we are putting a tarp on the HVAC unit!

I used to think that nothing could get more strange than our group of friends until one of our friends got a new friend to bring into the group.

I wasn’t so sure I liked this guy from the first time I met him.

He was a bit dull and boring, but I was okay with that. I worried that none of us had ever met him or even heard of him before the party, but I couldn’t say anything. It wasn’t until the party was in full swing and I walked into the living area that I had plenty to say. I couldn’t believe that someone had hijacked my brand new Smart Thermostat. I wanted to scream at everyone and tell them they had five minutes to replace the thermostat or I was going to call the cops. All of these people had been to my husband at least a dozen times. I couldn’t believe that any one of them would actually take my new Smart Thermostat. I tried to talk to my friend who brought the new person but he told me there was no way he would take the thermostat. I couldn’t think of anyone else that I could blame. I was ready to start strip searching the guy when it suddenly hit me that one of our group had just gotten his HVAC certification, He stood by the wall whistling and smiling like the Cheshire cat. He walked over and slipped the thermostat into my hand and asked me if I wanted to have it replaced or would I like to continue trying to suss out the thief.

For the last year, I felt like my husband was always trying to get rid of me.

I was beginning to think that he had a girlfriend or something from the way he acted whenever it fell through for my trips he planned. When my mom called and told me she needed surgery, I wanted to go be with her, but I was afraid of what was going to happen while I was gone. I was sure that he would either have a woman there or he would move out while I wasn’t home. When he asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I gave him the same answer I always gave him. I wanted radiant heating for my house. He hadn’t had radiant heating installed in the two years I had been requesting it, so I was sure he wouldn’t install the radiant heating now. I remember the first time I asked for radiant heating. We had to have a new heating system installed and instead of having a formal furnace installed, he installed a boiler. I knew that a boiler was perfect for radiant heated flooring, but he told me he couldn’t afford the boiler and radiant heating at the same time. Whenever he asked me what I wanted for a gift, I told him radiant heating. I decided that my mother needed me and whatever happened while I was gone, was going to happen. When I got home, the house was dark and I almost cried. I walked in and there was a sign on the table that pointed to the thermostat. My husband told me that now I could control the radiant heating with a new thermostat.

I wish that becoming a homeowner would come with a manual.

It really sucks when you can’t figure out what to do with your own home.

If I had a manual, I don’t think I would have made nearly the amount of mistakes that I did make. I spent a small fortune paying people to do repairs for me that should have been perfect, but wasn’t. Like when I hired the man down the street to erect a fence for me. I thought he was giving me a good deal until I saw that the fence leaned and it wasn’t anywhere near even. When I realized that I needed some HVAC work, I decided not to trust a local, but I went online to find someone who could do HVAC work. When the HVAC technician arrived, I found out that he didn’t have many tools and he didn’t have his HVAC certification. He was someone who did HVAC work as a hobby. As good as the bill was, the work was worse. Three weeks later, I had the same problem going on with the furnace. I was really upset and unsure what to do. I went ahead and called the HVAC company, knowing that I needed to have the furnace running or my pipes would freeze. I knew it was going to cost me an arm and a leg but I also knew that the work needed to be completed and the furnace needed to be repaired soon. An hour later, the HVAC tech arrived and he had the furnace repaired in about forty-five minutes. The bill was less than what the online fake HvAC tech charged me and the repair lasted for over a year.

I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong when I asked the teacher if I could have more heating in the classroom.

It was freezing outside and I swore it was almost as cold inside.

I talked to a couple of other kids and they were also cold, but no one wanted to open their mouths and ask the teacher to turn up the thermostat. I finally raised my hand and asked if I could adjust the thermostat because we were all freezing. I could believe how angry he got with me. He told me that if I did more studying, I would work up some energy that would help me to warm up. He wasn’t touching the thermostat and neither was anyone else. I was really upset, especially when he told me to get out and he slapped my back and told the class to tell crybaby to have a good day. All I heard from anyone was crybaby, for the next three days and he made crying motions when I walked into his class. I had enough and I went to the principle. I told him about the heating in the classroom and how it was too cold to concentrate. I told him how I had asked to have the thermostat turned up and I ended up being dubbed ‘crybaby’, but the entire school. The following day the teacher was forced to give me a public apology and he turned up the thermostat so we had some heat in the classroom. No one called me crybaby after that and I had no more problems. We were all enjoying heating for the first time in a month.

When my furnace broke down, I knew that I had to call the HvAC company.

It was Christmas Eve and I didn’t want my kids to go without heating.

I wanted to tell the HVAC company that I was broke, but I knew they may not fix the furnace. I tried to call them and tell them that I wanted to make payments, but they wouldn’t hear of it. I was really upset about their not being able to give me a payment plan. I tried three more HVAC companies and I tried to be honest, but each one got me the same answer. I finally got in touch with one more HVAC company and I didn’t tell them that I didn’t have the money for the repairs. When the HVAC technician arrived, he went right to work on the furnace. It took quite some time for the repair to be made, but finally we heard the furnace running again. The kids cheered when they felt the warm air coming from the air vents. The HvAC technician came upstairs and he began to write out the bill. When he handed it to me, he told me that he could accept checks, cash or credit card payments. I had to tell him that I didn’t have the money to pay him but I could give him a partial payment now and pay the remainder out of my next check. He got really angry and told me he was tired of deadbeats who didn’t want to pay their bills. I had my checkbook out getting ready to pay the partial HVAC bill, but he was so rude that I wrote the check out for the entire amount.
