Doing great in the HVAC business

For numerous years, I had set my goal to be the best Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business in our area.

I was finally able to prove that I was reaching this particular goal.

Over the years, our client list had grown by almost 500%. Satisfaction of those purchasers was at 99%. I knew there was consistently going to be someone who didn’t appreciate something that one of our service professionals hadn’t done. A ton of people don’t say anything about the excellent service they receive, but almost everyone will say something when they don’t get excellent service. I consistently strived to only have the greatest Heating, Ventilation, & A/C service professionals in our business. I make sure they have the nicest training & the group of us all work together. When I got back to my household the other day, my partner asked me what I had been drinking. I was laughing & twirling around because of my new statistics. I told her how well our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business was doing. I didn’t want to take away from other businesses, however I was perfectly glad that the group of us were reaching our goals. It is not especially common that a lady owns a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business, but for it to have such high rankings, the group of us have to do better than most other Heating, Ventilation, & A/C device companies. I was proving that it was possible to not just break into a man’s world, but to do it just as good as they can. I appreciate being a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C service professional & I appreciate being the owner of a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C device business. I just hope I will be able to keep up with the good statistics & continue doing well for our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C purchasers.
