When I got back to the property that day, she asked me what I was doing out there.
I simply told her that I was walking the streets, looking for business. I could see the horrified expression on her face plus I easily came to realize how horrible that sounded. I asked just a single simple question. If a modern Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment dealer opened up in the area, how likely are you to switch to the dealer plus why? An overwhelming amount of people were willing to switch to the dealer because of their total dissatisfaction with their present Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment dealer. They were looking for Heating, Ventilation & A/C techs who weren’t actually trying to raise up the price on the repair bills. The prospective customers were also looking for a Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer that was more prompt plus had less than a 5 hour window of arrival. They say they could hardly be able to cover the cost for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairs let alone taking off a full day of work to wait for a Heating, Ventilation & A/C business that may not even show up to the property. I told my mother that it was an eye-opening experience to hear all of their comments. It made me realize that numerous Heating, Ventilation & A/C companies take advantage of their being the only Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer in a particular area. With there only being a single Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment dealer in an area, it is the Heating, Ventilation & A/C client that truly suffers.
